Sanwo-Olu ignores me but begs Mr Macaroni for a handshake – Seyi Law
Popular comedian Oluwaseyitan Aletile, widely known as Seyi Law, has taken a jab at Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, accusing him of feigning ignorance of their acquaintance while seeking favor from skit maker Mr. Macaroni.
The drama unfolded after Mr. Macaroni stirred controversy by declaring his intent to continue snubbing the governor, a statement that drew mixed reactions on social media. The skit maker was responding to a user on X (formerly Twitter) who criticized his stance toward Sanwo-Olu.
Weighing in on the matter, Seyi Law expressed support for Mr. Macaroni, alleging that Sanwo-Olu deliberately acts as though he doesn’t know him. Yet, according to Seyi Law, the governor repeatedly seeks a handshake from Mr. Macaroni.
On his X handle, Seyi Law wrote:
“Nobody should blame Macaroni for the way he speaks to Gov. @jidesanwoolu. Gov. BSO will see me and act like he doesn’t know me, but he will be begging Macaroni for a handshake. Everybody get out.”
