The member representing Ilorin West/Asa Federal Constituency, Honourable Muktar Tolani Shagaya, has joined sons and daughters of Ilorin Emirate and beyond to celebrate the 29th Coronation Anniversary of His Royal Highness, Alhaji (Dr) Ibrahim Sulu-gambari CFR.
In his message, Shagaya extolled the visionary virtues of the Chairman of the Council of Traditional Rulers and Emir of Ilorin Emirate, Alhaji (Dr) Ibrahim sulu-gambari.
