Gov. Abdulrahman, Saliu Mustapha Celebrate Veteran Ilorin Born Justice On His Retirement

Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq celebrate Justice Ahmad Olarewaju Belgore on his retirement from service. In a statement on Monday, the Governor said Justice Belgore is one of the finest legal officers in the country whose contributions to legal development are indelible and outstanding.

“I join the good people of Kwara State to congratulate the eminent jurist Ahmad Belgore, JCA, on his retirement after decades of meritorious and unblemished service to the country. We are proud of him and his likes who continue to make Kwara proud with their brilliance, industry, and sound character,” the Governor said.

“We pray Allah, exalted is He, to grant Justice Ahmad Belgore a happy retirement in good health and continuous service to our community as an elder statesman and patriot.”

Mallam Saliu Mustapha also extolled the veteran Justice for his years of service both as the Justice of Supreme Court of the Gambia and that of Nigeria’s court of Appeal.

The Turaki of Ilorin praised the Justice years of service as one that radiated the attributes of hard work, sincerity and patriotism; all of which represent the essential character of an average Ilorin man.

“As he retires today, it is my prayers that His Lordship would enjoy an unblemished life in retirement, and that he lives the rest of his life in peace, sound health and peace of mind” he said.
