Controversial Nigerian cross-dresser Idris Okuneye, widely known as Bobrisky, has firmly stated that he should not be labeled an ex-convict following his recent release from prison. Bobrisky was released on August 5, 2024, after serving a six-month sentence for naira mutilation, a charge he firmly disputes.
In an interview with Bae U Barbie on Saturday, Bobrisky expressed his frustration with the legal proceedings, insisting that his actions did not merit imprisonment. “I’m not an ex-convict because I can’t be convicted for spraying money, I would not accept that,” he asserted.
Despite his time behind bars, Bobrisky remains unapologetic about his lavish lifestyle. He revealed that while he has no plans to stop displaying his wealth publicly, he will change his currency of choice. “I am still going to spray money, but I will only spray dollars, not naira,” he declared, signaling a shift in his future displays of extravagance.
