As Nigeria’s interim coach, Augustine Eguavoen, prepares to unveil the Super Eagles’ squad for the Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Libya, Chelsea defender Tosin Adarabioyo has emerged as a potential recruit.
Reports suggest Adarabioyo, eligible to play for both Nigeria and England, has chosen to commit his international future to the Super Eagles. Born in England, Tosin’s Nigerian heritage makes him eligible to represent the West African nation.
Despite the promising development, Eguavoen has yet to establish official contact with Adarabioyo to confirm his intentions. Consequently, the Premier League star’s inclusion in the squad for the Libya match remains uncertain, leaving fans eagerly awaiting clarification on his international allegiance.
