Odumodublvck, Burna Boy lead Nigerian talent at 2024 BET hip-hop awards

Nigerian music stars Burna Boy and Odumodublvck have earned prestigious nominations for the 2024 BET Hip Hop Awards, flying the flag high for their country on the global stage.

Odumodublvck, who has seen a meteoric rise since breaking into mainstream success in 2023, is the sole Nigerian artist nominated in the ‘Best International Flow’ category. Competing against rappers from France, Brazil, the UK, and South Africa, Odumodublvck has a chance to become the first Nigerian to take home a BET Hip Hop Award in this category.

Burna Boy, known for his electrifying performances worldwide, is in the running for ‘Best Live Performer’, a category filled with rap giants like Drake, Kendrick Lamar, Travis Scott, and Nicki Minaj. Burna’s nomination underscores his global reputation for show-stopping performances.
