The Nigeria Super Eagles maintained their position in the latest FIFA rankings, despite earning four points in their recent 2025 African Cup of Nations qualifiers.
The three-time African champions defeated Benin 3-0 and drew 0-0 with Rwanda, but these results failed to significantly boost their ranking. According to FIFA’s latest rankings, released Thursday morning: Super Eagle was placed 39th at the world ranking and 6th in African ranking
