In Ilorin, August 17, 2024 – The Nigerian Ex-Pro 5th Squash Tournament concluded in Ilorin, Kwara State, with organizers praising Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, Bola Mogaji, and Taiwo Awoniyi for their invaluable support. The final matches showcased the international-standard squash courts, a testament to the governor’s commitment to sports development.
governor Abdulrazaq was praised as Nigeria’s most sports-loving governor, with his administration’s investment in world-class facilities elevating local sports and positioning Kwara State as a key hub for sporting events.
Bola Mogaji, Executive Chairman of the Kwara State Sports Commission, was recognized for his tireless efforts in advancing sports from grassroots to the present, nurturing young talent and fostering a vibrant sports culture.
Taiwo Awoniyi, international footballer, also the point man for the Super Eagles team and tournament sponsor, was also appreciated for his involvement, which contributed significantly to the event’s success.
The final day saw intense competition across various categories, with young athletes showcasing their skills.
